We are two Caribbean students who founded KV Consulting to help build a world where Caribbean talent is seen, supported, and empowered to lead.

Our first venture, KV Admissions, was created to guide students through the college process, with the support we wish we had. We’ve been there: navigating essays, deadlines, and uncertainty alone.

With global experience in storytelling, admissions advising, and youth leadership, we’re here to open doors for the next generation of Caribbean changemakers.

Founder

Kenya Louison

Kenya Louison is a Grenadian student at Vanderbilt University, with global experience studying in Sydney, London, and Copenhagen.

She’s worked with The Nature Conservancy, the National Geographic Society, Atlassian, and MACRO.

Kenya is passionate about helping other students access the kinds of opportunities that changed her life.

Vish Kistama

Vish Kistama is a Presidential Scholar and first generation Guyanese student at the University of Pennsylvania.

He’s led education access projects through roles at Penn’s Center for Teaching, Learning and Innovation, and as Communications Director for Project Inclusion.

Vish is dedicated to helping Caribbean students break barriers to higher education by combining strategic application support with mentorship.
